Since the beginning we've decided to farm our fields according to the principles of organic agriculture. This allows us to produce healthier fruits and vegetables, and to avoid polluting the environment in which we live, safeguarding its biodiversity.

We cultivate many of the fruit varieties common at our latitude: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes, apricots, plums, pears, apples, cherries, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, chestnuts and several "forgotten" species, such as azaroles, cherry plums, medlars, pomegranates, "sorbi"

We also cultivate various types of vegetables and officinal plants.

Last, we are breeding some goats.
